TEA used to be owned by Brian Tooley so I think he gets the heads from there, just a hunch. I'm trying to finish my combo and I'm hoping within a month but we'll see. I have no time but I'm grateful for the reason.

416 11.5:1
ETP 245 w/ PAC-1530s
FAST 102 (My Limitation, going in C5)
Jesel J2K Mohawks & Jesel LS1 Dogbone Lifters
FTI Tight Lash Solid Roller Cam seen here https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...haft-****.html

Just got Trend 7/16-3/8 Double Taper .125 wall pushrods w/ 210 tip so I can finish the longblock.

You're absolutely correct, Brian Tooley started Total Engine Airflow back in the early 90's. And he still uses TEA's CNC porting. I can't wait to get mine.

That sounds like a solid setup!

+1 on that. Money maker kit for the sleeper status. I bet it wins you more money than it costs you.

I'm looking into this combo so far,

LS3 block
4.070 Wiseco pistons
4.00" Eagle crank
6.125" Eagle rods
Lingenfelter CNC'd heads,
Lingenfelter GT21 cam
stock manifold assembly,

Don't want to upgrade it too much, cuz im supercharging it later, but building it to have fun with it/break it in before I do that. I'm still trying to decide on the rest of the engine parts, suggestions more than welcome! (e-force supercharger btw with a custom tune)

oh, the intake valves in the lingenfelter heads are hollow, but the exhaust ones are made out of the special material or whatever? to replace the weak stock ones i think it is...

LME built shortblock: K1 Crank and rods, Wiseco slugs, AFR big bore 225's ported by Pete at V-Max. Fast 90 and LS7 90mm TB also done by Pete.
Comp XE-R custom grind cam, 248/254, .615"/.648 on a 112+2 LSA. 11.87 scr. Made 543/493 on a dynojet on 91 octane. I did this build 5 + years ago and have around 20k miles on it and it still runs mid 10's at 130+ on a decent track if I do my part! No regrets here, would do it again in a heartbeat!

was looking on youtube, and there was a G8 LS3(or whatever the equivalent is) with a 416 NA that made 498 or so with lingenfelter GT9 cam, so by rights we should expect that benchmark too?

AirFlow Development Trinity 3.3 CSA LS3 heads.
Holley Hi Ram ported by AFD to match the heads.
Cam Motion 25x/26x .756"/.747" solid roller
Morel 5425 Ultra Pro .842" Lifters
PAC 1238X springs, Jesel 1.8 Pro series solid body rockers, 7/16" Manton pushrods
Kooks 2" primary headers.
Moroso 3 vane vacuum pump setup.
Bigstuff 3 COP w/ external reluctor

All the valvetrain design/finessing has been done by Erik Koenig (HKE) and myself. Will post pics soon. It's pretty much finished.
I personally never would have ran a LS3 based head on one of my own builds but Dennis @ AFD is a good friend of mine and finally convinced me to try and set of his LOL. Pretty cool to be able to do a build like this with a mostly stock appearing engine setup (besides the intake manifold of course).
This is an awesome build. I will follow to see results.

LSx 102 intake, big lid for Ram Air, 42lb injectors, Trick flow 255s, Compstar rods and crank, Diamond pistons, Center Force clutch, American Racing Headers, free flowing cats through Magno flow catback.

Certain I left a lot on the table with the MagnoFlow catback!

Awesome build, close to what Im planning. How does the car run on 10-0 compression when not on nitrous? I am wanting to go YSI or AGP TT later down the road, but cant afford it all in one sha-bang! Im worried that the lower 10-0 compression will make it run like a dog until then. Any insight?

I don't know if you are talking about my car. Mine is the Sunset Orange 2002 on Redline's facebook page with a video. However, I haven't taken it to the track and will not consider it until I change the 10 bolt! LOL
