Hello everyone it's my first post on here but here it goes. I have been looking all over the internet including ls1tech and can't seem to find the camshaft specs of a 2008 ly6.

I'm looking to find out this because I just purchased a 2008 ly6 out of a express van and am trying to decide what valve springs along with other parts to get. Not quite sure wich way I'm going with this build yet. This will be going in a 91 camaro

Thinking more about my build I'd like to keep the vvt and go turbo to get max mpg and hp out of the set up.

If you are keeping the stock cam, you can just get some yellow LS6/LS2 springs as replacements. Hell, you could pick up a LS3 cam to stab in there for a little bump in power for cheap...if not free.

Personally, I'd dump the VVT, but I like keeping my engines simple. Less stuff to troubleshoot/go wrong down the line.
