Default rod bolt question 4.8

Hi guys i havent been able to get rid of some extra ls stuff i had at the storage so i picked up a gen4 4.8l im going to throw into my truck for a learner turbo engine im going to spin this motor 7000-7200 with 25+ psi of boost should i use the 8740 or arp 2000 rod bolts to upgrade and resize the rods?

If you're going to resize the rods, might as well use the ARP 2000.

Okay what usually breaks on the rods? Im guessing bolts themln wrist pins???

My 4.8l i picked up was full of sludge some of the lifters were stuck from sludge, poured diesel in the cylinders and roatated carbon is coming off the rings it looks like i damaged the #1 cam bearing upon removal so i ordered a new set
