Have ppl done this and not had an issue?

Build:

Cam 217/217 .617 .617 and Ported 317s Heads Milled .010

No power adders

Stock 3.622 Stroke

L92 Pistons n Rods

Have bored 6.0 to 4.080, I recall the walls sonic measured just under .100" at the lowest spot.

One of the mods KCS has a LS3 piston in an LQ block at .065" over with great results already....I'm sure he'll chime in and be sure to have the walls checked for thickness.

Done several of these with no issues, but wouldn't go passed it without sonic testing.
