IIRC, the Hi-Ram didn't do so hot. It was well below OEM styled manifolds.....not equaling and passing them until 5500+ RPMs.
Would most likely not be an issue for you (at the track) if you have a high stall TC and are going to rev above 7K RPMs....but thought you might want to know if you drive your car on the street.

I have seen one car with 5rwhp and one with 35-40rwhp over a fast 102 and as you mentioned over 5500rpm. That is usually where my shifts drop with 6 spd.
That of course is cam dependent also.
It will probably want an earlier exhaust opening event as well to help carry the power up top where that manifold shines.

Edelbrock always does their homework before putting a product out. Results should be interesting.
