Default 5.3 heads and cam combo

I know a lot of people don't like talking about the 5.3 but hey this is the best forum out there!

I have a 2005 crew cab silverado that I wanna do some things to just for the hell of it.

Now here's my question I wanna do trick flow heads and cam but what's a good setup. It is a daily and idc about mpg. I want a mild cam ( nothing small but nothing crazy big as well)

Now I'm also gonna do a ls6 intake ( with all the goodies to support that), full exhaust LT, gears, and maybe a money maker?( for ***** n giggles)

I would check out the trickflow topend kit for the 5.3. You could piece meal it to get everything a little cheaper. You don't need to use the roller rockers with the trickflow 205 heads since they have the powder metal guides already. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TFS-K305-455-425/
