Default Here is a new LS block project...

I am working on this with a customer presently. Should be on the market in a few months in 3 different configurations. Normal deck LS, tall deck LS, and the third version that I am not quite sure about. Race only as there are no water passages. Block weighs 76 pounds when done. These pics were taken a few weeks ago. They are in heat treat right now.

Better order the crankshaft/cam now, because it's going to take a very long time to get.

Yeah...that would be using the "copy and paste" method.

Street version? GM makes those!

Not much - maybe .01" - .02", but you cannot leave more than .125" on any finished surface to finish.
