Hey 03EBZ06, any updates on your setup? How did it perform at the track?

The throttle response is insane. So, I set the 2 step at 3,800rpm. Before I could quickly get the clutch out, its sitting on 8000rpm.
Snapped first gear off. Fixed it. Brought it back to the track, Did a real slow easy out clutch pass, missed 2nd. Power felt good, Lined it back up for 2nd pass... snap!! trans output shaft (G-Tech) and diff housing. Ordered a new G-Tech shaft, had trans and rear rebuilt. So, headed back to the track next 2 -3 weeks.

Car is 100%, but the power its making is tormenting the driveline. I may end up w/an auto before its all said and done.

look for a vid in a few weeks.

Excellent, thanks for the update. What did you tweak to go from the 597# to the 648#?

Im currently considering mast 265 medium bore ls7 or the 245 cathedral for my setup. That’s what sparked my interest in your build

I basically threw the keys to Rick at Synergy and told him to call me when it was making a lot of power. I had him go over my entire car, but I guess
the power making parts added were:

NW102 SC TB, camshaft, custom built intake tract, removed MAF, VP109(was on Sunoco110), modified oil pump pickup for high RPM oiling, oil restricted pushrods.
Rick is a very competent tuner.

Nice. Waiting to see how good you get once it's dialed in......I would think mid to lower 9's. What's the weight of the car?
