Budget lq4 build. What do you think?

Budget lq4 build. What do you think? Here is my set up. I know I am leaving a lot on the table with the cam but the motor should make 400+ for not a lot of $$$
05 lq4 block and crank
ls2 rods and pistons
862 heads with 317 intake valves 2" and ls3 blue springs
ls9 cam.
Everything else is stock!
I figure the compresstion will be right around 11 to 1.
I will be turboing it in the future but I will be putting the 317 heads back on to drop the compression back down.
