Before and After TFS Porting

Here's a look at how we receive our TFS castings and what they look like after port work.

For those that don't know we receive them in a porter's casting (raw), and then run our port program through the heads which you'll see in the second image.

For anyone looking to upgrade to a set of TFS cylinder heads with the Frankenstein port program in the cat port version, we have two options.

TFS 237cc = $2900
TFS 254cc = $3250

Do you have before and after flow numbers on say, 243 heads or any heads for that matter. I would really like to see the difference porting makes compared to stock.

Any flow numbers on the 237cc? My 215s have been great from TEA (5+ years) and man the numbers still amaze me. Just always curious what a bigger head would do on my current setup.

Intake Volume 237cc
Exhaust Volume 83cc
Chamber Volume 65cc

Intake Flow 292cfm @ .400”
348cfm @ .700”
Exhaust Flow 218cfm @ .400”
255cfm @ .700”

PAC spring kit included good to .700” lift

Intake Valve Diameter 2.080”

Intake Seat Material Ductile Iron

Exhaust Valve Diameter 1.600”

Exhaust Seat Material Ductile Iron

Valve Angle 13.5⁰

Valve Guide Material Bronze Alloy

Minimum Bore Size 4.030”
