Nitrous 6.0 Rod qeustion!!?? Hey I'm building a nitrous 6.0 ls2. Stock stroke crank with JE forged flattop pistons. Will be around the stock 11.0 comp.
The last ls2 let go after a few bottles of 200 shot through it. Block was trashed.
I'm in the process of building 2 engines at the same time and I'm on a budget. I have seen the scat I beam rods and seem pretty good for the money. I would like to run H beams but I need them for the turbo motor. So my question is do u think the I beams are a lot better than the gen4 rods? will they hold up to being sprayed 250-300?
