Default Rocker upgrade?

I am planning out an LS3 build and will most likely be using the Cam Motion Titan 3 cam. It is advertised as having .621 intake and .604 exhaust. Will the stock LS3 rockers work with this or should I go with full roller rockers?

Everything i've read says stock rockers are good under .630 lift. Just do the trunion upgrade on them. I'm using stock rockers with trunion bearing on mine with a .627 lift and haven't had any issues.

I prefer using roller rockers.
They are stronger and can handle more lift.
Plus they free up some HP too due to reduced friction.

It gets pretty sketchy at .630” but it looks doable. It helps if you can mill the rocker stands a lttle to lower the rockers, but I think .620” would be okay.

For whatever it's worth, I've been using stock rockers on my ls1 with trunion upgrade, spinning to 6900 rpm on a .629 (15,000 miles now)

I was going to use a set of OEM LS3 rockers and upgrade the trunnions with the CHE bearing ones. I already have the rockers but wasn’t sure if it would hold up.

My LS3 with stock rockers and trunion upgrade see 7650 with .646 lift on the intake side. I have a about 6000 miles on it so far. I have drove it on a few decent trips 400 miles each way and had zero issues.

I'm at 9K miles on LS7 rockers with the CHE Trunion Kit, .648" lift cam and BTR .660" Springs.

I probably should check my valve tip wear, especially on the exhaust side since it doesn't have lash caps on those. On the intake side it at least has a lash cap that will allow more "sweep" than the smaller diameter tip of the exhaust valve.
