TSP Torquer V2 with 243 head setup

With the above mentioned setup am I safe to clean my used 243 heads up as little as possible? Also are the 7.4 pushrods going to be ok or do I need to check PTV clearance?

PTV has to do with duration and overlap,not pushrod length.
