Optimizing a 460ci stroker
I urged them to pump for compression.
He currently has a 3.5" air intake, a tube that curves to the driver's side. He'll change that to 4.0" and if there is room to make it a straight shot will try it, but my feeling is he can't do that.
What do u all think a motor like this should do RWHP wise on 93 pump with the changes, unlocked 4L80E?

Do you have a picture of the dyno sheet?
610 ft lb at 4200 rpm would be 488 hp. We already know it didn’t peak at 488, and I’d be surprised if peak torque was really that low. 550 ft lb at 6000 rpm is 628 hp.
It’s just not adding up.
The car runs 11 flat down the dragstrip so we have to assume it’s not into valve float or some other major issue.
488 hp at 5800 rpm is only 441 ft lb it can’t drop from 610 peak to 441 by 5800 rpm.

750+ with AFR LS3's and a sheet metal intake.
Same dyno I had my 364 on with much the same mods made just under 450whp and that setup ran low 11's at 4000lbs, something is wrong if a 460 is running the same as that.
