You stated that you had 6.125” rods. This is confusing. Give me the EXACT combo your running please….

This is a setup with 8 degrees more intake duration on a smaller engine and it peaked at 7,900rpm. I think you might need more cam.

That is a question you should be asking a cam supplier, like:

Cam Motion
BTR
Comp Cams
Smallwood race development

Probably some others as well.
