The new LS1.5!
So I work at a dealership that shares it's shop with Pontiac, and today they had an intersting car come in for PDI (pre-delivery inspection..new car inspection). I had my camera phone on hand to take pics of the NEW LS1.5!!!!
Yes, these pics are from the SAME CAR, and apparently Pontiac is getting ahead of themselves with their new product deliveries..Too bad it didn't come with the partially advertised goods..look and you'll see what I mean. -Gabe

Of crouse, i'm not sure you could even buy one of the 6.0 badges at this point..They took it off to be replaced with the trusty 5.7 badge. -Gabe

As an industrial designer (product designer) I can assure you that that is not a one of a kind badge. It would be fairly complicated to make just one badge. These things are mass produced by machines that have the program loaded inside. It won't accidentally make 1 badge that says 6.0.
My guesses would be
1. GM is goning to make the 6.0 GTO, someone just used a badge they weren't supposed to yet.
2. There were a whole batch of messed up badges. Anyone else seen one of these?
3. It is for one of GM's new tour cars, like the ZL-1 Camaro, and it accidentally got mixed in with the production pieces.
