Can i use ls7 cam in the ls1?

The LS7 cam is the same design (with different lift and duration) as the LS2 cam. If you use the LS2 front timing cover, cam gear, and cam position sensor, you can use any LS1,LS2,LS6, or LS7 cam.

Thanks for your help .... so i must change the front timing cover, cam gear and position sensor to put the LS7 cam.

You will not want to use this cam in a 346. It will be a dog. The intake closing point is 49 degrees ABDC which means it will peak around 6500 rpm in a 346 and be a turd at low rpm. This cam was designed specifically for the 427. For a 346, you want an intake closing point closer to 44 degrees ABDC (at .050").

BTW, cam specs are 211/230 120LSA, 123 ICL.
