Footnote: Saw this crazy manifold while browsing ebay. I don't know the guy and am not selling it for him. I wonder how it would flow on a stock Ls2. Looks like you would have to machine the opening for the larger TB?

It looks like a standard GMPP Carbed Style LSx Intake manifold with fuel rails. The fabricated "elbow" that bolts to the top of the intake manifold doesn't look like it comes with the package. The seller stated he would sell the elbow in a different auction.

Basically its a GMPP (Part #88958675 I believe) manifold machined for fuel injectors for use with a throttle body. The manifold sells for about $350 new. You're basically paying for the injector boss machining and a couple fuel rails.

That's inline with what I've seen them going for, but the money you don't spend buying this one is more than used buying a big enough TB to match up with it. 100mm TBs are EXPENSIVE

My Accufab 105mm TB was only 349.99, cheaper than most Ls1 throttlebodies

So to make that whole contraption work i would need the huge hood right? I hate how those look on new cars.

if you read the auction it says...

-Intake elbow is NOT included in this auction, but I can list it in another auction if needed (starting bid will be $165). The elbow fits under the stock camaro cowling and hood.

sorry to dig up an old thread but has anybody used one of these on an N/A car? I can pick up the GMPP manifold for almost nothing and was thinking of doing one as an alternative to a LS6 swap.

On a stock car, no this would not be a good thing for you. You'd need quite a few cubic inches or lots of forced induction to back this thing up.

I'm not exactly stock. What I'd really like to know is how the added volume of the elbow affects the overall behavior of the manifold? I've dealt with single plane carb manifolds before and compared to a vic jr. or a team G, the gmpp actually looks pretty mild
