Stock LS6 heads and a Futral F13 cam will make 420 rwhp and have good driveability. It will be a setup that won't be too radical to drive everyday. If you already have a set of stock LS6 heads then just stick with them. If you haven't bought heads yet then look at the PRC 5.3 heads, i believe Texas Speed & Performance carries them. You will spend more than you would on stock LS6 heads, but you will also make more power.

can this be sprayed or boosted?

you're going to have atleast 10:1 compression ratio unless you go with big chambered heads. if you have stock ls-6 heads you'll have 10.5:1, if you go with the 5.3 heads you'll have around 11:1......... the only power adder doable at those compression ratios is nitrous in my opinion. so just get a plan together and STICK WITH IT. don't do heads cam nitrous and decide later that you want to have F.I. if that's what you want, then don't do anything... just save up until you have the money for a motor that works well with boost. but the way you are going now........i say use your stock ls6 heads and get a bigger cam. then throw a 150 shot on it.
