It'll depend heavily on your choice of cams. There's only a handful of cams that will make that power through stock heads. But it can be done.

You sure you want 1.8 rockers?

Whats wrong with 1.8 rockers? What would be best?

As far as the cam, I plan to spray later, and maybe way later FI, I want a decent cam i can live with til I get the money for spray. Then use with my FI also.

Nothings wrong with 1.8 rockers but you don't need them, spend your money else where.

Yes the stock rockers will be fine for just about anything you can do to a hydraulic set up. Put your money somewhere else.

Also, depending on how large of lift cam you go with, you might run into some interference between your valve and piston using 1.8 rockers.
1.8 rockers are more for an "all out" effort. I have the feeling you have a ways to go before getting to that stage as do I....

If you were going with a solid roller motor or maybe even a HUGE cam then you'd use better rockers but for most the stock rockers can handle anything you can throw at them. Maybe more suspension mods?

Yea I am replacing the entire suspension, I just didn't list that since I'm trying to finish up my motor plan, I have everything else planned.

It's all in the 60ft, If you can't cut a decent 60 you will never be quick.

Use the $500 towards some lower control arms and maybe a torque arm. You'll notice a big difference in how well your car will hook.

Yea like I said above, I already got all that on my list and taken care of, just trying to finish planning the motor.

Can't decide on a damn cam

The hotcam would make too much power for the 10 bolt?
