Default ETP LS7 dyno/track results?

Alot of people are saying the ETP's out perform ported GM LS7's. Maybe they do. I think the intake manifold is going to hold them back. But, anyone have results to prove they are better on a 427? Someone getting close to the 600rwhp range? I hear alot of talk, show me something

Can't run um if they aren't out yet. As to which are better, check the flow, the runner sizes, valve sizes, and other misc. stuff. ET deffinatlly has the better casting. After seeing some fully assemballed package prices for the LS7's, they don't look to be any better of a deal than the ET's.

Sorry to disagree, but the LS7 heads are defentially out.
Maybe very limited but they are out.
I have already sold 1 set and had that set delivered almost a month ago.

We're nearing a dozen sets so far and more on the way. We've also dealt with factory intakes. We can setup heads for Jesel rockers as well.

I may have track times for my ls7 top end setup this weekend. Also, the ET ls7 castings use the GM ls7 intake, I believe.

They are out ... I have a set being delievered in about a week.

Also, the ETP LS7 heads use the LS7 intake ... which is actually what makes them a better choice then standard LS1/LS6 heads. The LS7 intake has been shown to flow leaps and bounds better than even the FAST intake manifold.

When did you order your ET LS7 heads?

haha awhilleeeeee ago. I think it was about the end of March.

They told me 6 weeks originally, but from the posts on this board, I knew it was going to take longer. Seems like there's always something that is pushing it back. It's okay though, I'm not in any big rush.

I didn't know that. Good news for sure. Has anyone posted flow numbers for the ETP's? I don't recall seeing any yet.

Can the ETP LS7 heads be had for small bore applicaitons? If so that would be killer, like a L92 head that allows the LS7 manifold to bolt on .

ETP LS7 heads on a 4" bore.
They are big though. 250+cc's.
Guess thats makes at least 2 LS7 ETP heads Beast.

The flow numbers are on the website ... they flow pretty killer on the intake side (~370+ @ .650), and decent on the exhaust (~250 @ .650, i believe).

I have no idea where it is, but awhile ago someone flow'd the LS7 intake, and it did very very well (especially for something with a $300 price tag, instead of the $850 the FAST costs).

I know the LS7 intake flows real well. Greg posted his numbers with finished LS7's and the intake attached. Peaked at 360 with the intake, 392 without. That's just crazy. What would be crazier is if the ETP's beat that. Gonna be a good year

I`m alittle upset with my ET 245`s. I didn`t realize getting them would hurt me alittle on the power. My 245`s outflow my 90LSX intake set-up pretty good and it`s hurting me on my power. I`m trying to figure what intake to go with now on my set-up to get better power. My car stop making power early, but made a ton of TRQ all the way threw, real flat TRQ line!!! There heads are awsome, but more towards the all out race car set-up. My 408 is a work in progress so far!!But she does run like a Beast!!

The LS7's are gunna be a good choice, simply because of the better intake. If someone would put out an affordable intake to fit the cathedral port heads, I'd say they are better. Hence the reason why I bought the 265's and the Harrop intake instead of the LS7 set-up. Although, for the average Joe, the LS7 is gunna be where it's at.

Beard, quit gryping about the intake and place your order for a Harrop! or buy LS7's.
