LS7 emissions, 24X, cable TB?

Does it seem likely that an otherwise stock LS7 controlled with a 24X reluctor, a properly calibrated LS1 PCM and a 90mm cable throttle body would pass emissions outside of Ca?

It would fly through a tailpipe test! Especially with CATs on. My forged 347 with a lumpy 3X CARTEK cam (mid 230's duration) passed with flying colors (with a little tweaking and a few tricks of course!).

It's all in the fuel blend.

You've got "regular", "premium", and "pass the emissions test blend".

Pass the emissions test = Ethanol!!!!

Put some cats on, 15% ethanol, change the oil, new spark plugs and retard the timing about 7 degrees and you'll be looking at a nice certificate!!!
