How much better does the LS7 intake flow then a Fast 90?

There have been topics in the LS2/LS7 section. Didnt see any hard numbers, but apparently its substancial. 20+cfm Obviously you cant interchange to the same head, so its kinda apples to oranges.

It doesn't really matter which one flows better, because you can only run the LS7 with LS7 heads. And you cannot run the FAST with LS7's. But LS7 heads with the intake attached flows more than most other heads without an intake. So I guess it does pretty good lol

Yea I know that they are not interchangeable, just wanted to see how much better the LS7 stuff is.
I found a post that they flowed 340 through a ported GM LS7 headed and Intake.
That is light years better then a Fast 90 with a cathedral head (280 to 300cfm).

Also, you gotta have a 4.125" bore to run the LS7 heads. So we're SOL (unless you have a 427). But ETP is supposed to come out with some LS7 heads that will work with a 4.03" or larger bore. I haven't heard anything yet on results...

I got 367 cfm through my hand finished LS7 heads, through a hand finished LS7 intake.

Hey greg ... do me a favor and PM me with what was involved to get that LS7 intake ported or whatever. I am thinking of getting it done on my project as well, and just wanted to know how difficult it would be.
