Yes it will boltup. The intake bolt pattern is the same.

Tuf,

As Stang was kind enough to point out, the patterns are the same. However-just a word of caution. Our LS7X head has 255cc intake runners. Our as-cast port opening is 1.370" x 2.365". This is very close to the OE head. You're probably OK working from LS7 dimensions.
Also, if you use a tall deck block, the builder will need to account for the deck difference with the flange.
