Do you have any of these that are not already assembled? In other words, can I buy just the rotating assembly at a comparable savings? If so, what is the price (balanced) with LS7 pistons? (Just bought an LS7 block)

No, we don't sell rotating assemblies. Maybe we could work something out if you supplied the LS7 block. Give me a call if you want to discuss details.

Jason, would it cost less to use an LS7 block and could you do a 441ci option?

No, even though the LS7 block price dropped its still the same cost to do it with our sleeved LS2.

No, 4.125x4.000 is the max bore/stroke.

Would I See Any Benefit From Droping This Into My Otherwise Stock 2004 C5? Or Would The Stock Heads/intake Choke It Off And Not Make It Worth The Effort/cost?

Also What Needs To Be Done To Make This Work With The Stock Engine Computer (besides A Tune) I.e. Knock Sensor Issues Etc.... So The Smog ****'s Here In Cali Are None The Wiser On The Visual?

AFR 225s or comparable head would be better. 205s might hurt your top end power. I'd be taking a wild guess at your rwhp number.

A Cola crankshaft is the last crankshaft you will probably ever need to buy. Top of the line crank. I got one in my 90,000+ mile 436 stroker engine
