GMSPO says I should have this intake within the next two weeks, they are releasing 30 of them and I'm #13 on the "order list".

if this intake works as well as anticipated, these L92 heads/intakes are going to make the current ported LS1/6 heads obsolete soon. Those heads flow more right out of the box than a ported LS1/6 head.

obsolete for everyone with a 4" bore or greater...





but yea, i agree.. ive been saying that since last november when the info was first leaked out far enough for me to read.

is it going to shroud on stock bore ls2 to the point where its not the best bet?

Now that the market has the last puzzle piece, 402/414's with L92 heads, and this intake will become a pretty popular combination. I can't wait till this is a popular combo and vendors start selling it as a cheap long block.

So is the lack of hood clearance the only issue with using the L92 truck intake on an F-body or a Vette? Does anyone know if the "Aussie" intake flows any better than the truck intake?
