Wink Lingenfelter 366 CID LS2 to a 427 LS2

Stepping up to a 427 package. I have a C6 Z51 performance package currently 366 heads and cam. How will the rear and clutch hold up?

The LS7 clutch is good for non drag racing applications. The rear with HD output shaft is ok for most applications without slicks.
Beyond that, the Textralia clutch and external rear end bracing are a good idea.

The rear on an 05 C6 is garbage. Even with a HD shaft you will split the case. If you run slicks and heavy launches use a C5 rear.

thanks for the advice... I am definitely thinking about a clutch per another recommendation since the engine will be out.
