I went to the track yesterday for several shake down runs. I forgot my tuning cables to adjust anything. It was running out of fuel(40psi). I have a Racetronix fuel pump, but not the boost a pump contol. Do you think that would help enough to keep the pressure up? It was short shifting also and quit at about 6300 rpm. This has been a problem in the past when I tried to run the rpm up over 6300. I had a separate fuel pump for Nitrous on my last set up. I was running 3:15 gears and 28" Slicks and traped out at 147mph and stayed under 6300 rpm. Any thoughts on this. I have read in the past that some early C5s had problems of hitting the rev limiter before it should. Mine is set at 7200.
Anyway the stock LS7 with headers and no tuning went (2) 11.0 @ 125 mph and (1) 10.97 @117 mph(it quit at 1000ft) 1.52 60ft. Not that great, but a good start.

I have had an offr for my hi performance ls7, engine with 700+ hp
that says 5000€ and an 26000mls ls7 engine. I must admit that i am very tempted, because i have a nice new project in mind, and the engine i have is way, way to powerfull for the 928 chassis, even though it has been upgraded in many ways.

My dad has an LS7 crate motor, built up a little by lingenfelter, making around 600rwhp, runs 9.80's all day long N/A, has about 60-70 passes on it, without a single problem, besides when he put it on the bumper, its an F-Body btw. Shifts at 7500, crosses at around 7900 rev limiter's at 8000. Still has the dry sump.

Default ls7 crank

I thought the ls7 needed a newer PCM
ONE THAT COULD HANDLE THE 58 TOOTH RELUCTOR ?
Did you put the 24 tooth wheel in ,so you could use LS1 EDIT

you know I guess you don't get it do you? You claimed to have a warhawk 454 a couple of months ago and no one has them even now!! Even Merlin came on here and called bullshit on you and you just don't take the hint. I guess it is possible to have an inside connection but even one the manufacturer doesn't know about on a preproduction part? Until you post pics of something nobody on here will believe **** you say.
