Just needed to increase the table values for TPS Sensor Calc airflow (In HPt, Engine Diagnostics-General-TPS sensor-Calculated airflow vs. TPS vs. RPM). I just did a quick 50% increase on all values to avoid triggering REP.

Looks like it's basically checking commanded vs. actual blade position.
Perhaps setup your scanner to log ETC desired position vs ETC actual(TPS)? Shouldn't even need to start the car. Pull your intake hose off and have someone watch the TB blade. Make sure it operates smoothly from closed to full open while someone operates the pedal.

I took the TB off and found the blade was hanging just a little bit. Filed the blade a little and smoothed it up, problem fixed. I hope the engine is a little bit better quality than the TB. Thanks for the help.
