Resleeved LS2 or Stock LS7 Block for Max effort NA 427?
I am looking to building a LS7 style heads max effort 427ci with over 600rwhp.
Would I be better off with a Resleeved LS2 or stock LS7 Block?
Do LS7 block come with Billet Main Caps?
How Much HP can a LS7 Stock Block and Sleeve handle?
How many issues have there been with the LS7 Block?
Bob

If your going all out why skimp on something as important as the block. Do a search and youll find a couple of threads comparing the LS7 block to a re-sleeved LS2 block.

If i was goin max effort on a big engine and was payin that much I would get the warhawk LSx block from world products with there 11* heads and port the crap out of them and build the badest 454 alluminum small bolck ever with cam thats like @.050 260/265 .730/.750 lift on a 108 LSA and a custom alluminum intake with something like 110 mm intake and LTs with 2" exhaust primarys and that would all have to be controlled by FAST's XFI system. AHhhh, my dream engine, and mybe that setup twin turbo'ed
