As promised here's some more answers. First of all, thanks to those who supplied info pages and answers (especially correctanswers!) to some questions and thanks for going to our sites for info.
Now:We believe the intake port dimensions are similar or close to OEM.
Minimum bore size is 4.125 for these to be effective. Yes, you can pressurize a 4.000 bore motor but the 2.2 intake valve and cylinder wall may become intimate as well as the bore shrouding the chamber.
If used on our 9.24 deck block (4.125 bore) an OE LS7 manifold works. On our 9.8, you'll need spacers, sheetmetal or our own manifold when we get around to it.
Holes in the intake ports are for stud attachment with the access hole in the port roof getting a plug. These can be used on anybodys block, but ours is the only six bolt attach currently.
A 481 is definitely in our plans but we've had many fires to extinguish to get to this point. We know a 4.5 crank fits our low-deck crankcase, but haven't persued the development. We will when we get the 9.8's in the house.
Thanks all for asking.

Now that there is funny. The use of the term "intimate".

Well, as far as my hands go, they're full of scratches and scars from working on cars, but I try to keep them soft so my patients won't complain when I do exams on them. They are perfectly sized to fit around a generous C cup and I plan on keeping them busy over the next month so I can get afford to get a hold of your Warhawks.

Stang,
No, not "intimate"-probably not even a "casual relationship" (a good thing)
However, the real issue is defeating the purpose of a good chamber by shrouding a little. We want the bore to let the chamber work.
Lost,
Will be there in a minute.

timmy,
I'll post flow numbers on LS1X next week when the gang gets back from SEMA. I'll post LS7X shortly after that. Will check the production schedule tomorrow and post latest info.
