Yes they will, however according to RobinL you can only use the standard 4 head bolts, the extra two will not line up. If you want to use the extra head bolts, you must use the Warhawk block. As far as I know!!

then what are the extra 2 bolts for on the GMPP block if there is not a head that can take advantage of it?

Will GMPP be making heads for the new block?

I would be happy with over 350 . AND a better than factory ls7 exhaust flow. I think these will be a porters dream. For the price, I don't think they can be beat. Even at 350 the intake is still gonna knock them down a good bit.

I realized today that the flow numbers dont matter any more. The F-1 procharger will pick up the slack.

Yea, but for our NA application, flow does matter.

Stang,
A very fair question and here's where we are now.
The head you see at the top of this thread has been tested as follows:
350/250 @ .700. The head was assembled and tested as it came in the door, as-cast, no bowl blend, porting or back-cut valves- basically nail heads. The numbers were still climbing at .900. This head will want big cams. The results directed that we relocate the valve job slightly-which is happening now. We should have a new test sample head next week with the adjustments, then we'll test again. I'll post if it happens or not to keep you up.
Almost forgot-I'm told we'll most likely change spec from 2.20 x 1.625 to EITHER of 2.275 OR 1.650. We'll test to confirm.
Thanks for asking.

Merlin, thanks for the results. If you go to the bigger valves will the minimum bore size still be the same? The reason I am asking is that I am limited to a 4.11 bore and I really want to use these heads. I feel at this point my greatest bang for the buck will be with these versus GM ls7's and the ET LS7's. I am especially encouraged by the exhaust flow. Won't need as big of a split on my cam.

with porting should be in the 400-406 range at .700 lift I assume, like LS7 heads? Full race stuff obviously...street oriented, maybe 370-385 intake and hopefully 250 exhaust with no pipe?

If the valve-job relocation and increased valve sizing test well next week, more like Jan.
