This is not the finished product. The guys from Dart came by today to discuss the next steps to be taken to finish up the piece. We were of course happy to oblige them

I don't want to hedge a guess. Perhaps Kurt has an idea of how much and when. I am sure he will join in this weekend with some info. I believe this block will be the ticket for big power in race applications, but not sure about its practicality for street use.

when I asked about the lsx block on the dart website I was told about 6k for the block.
Considering you most likely wont need to spend another 2 or 3k to fix a supposed ready to run block I think the price is right =)

Dart will have a block at PRI in Orlando for everyone to see.
The price is not set in stone yet, but it will be over 6000.
How big will it go, hmmmm, never thought about that. The deck is available as tall as you want it, so over 500ci would be a snap. The main reason for the block would be more geared towards high hp builds that require ultimate strength with reasonable weight. No blocks currently fill this need.

i think 2k hp woul dbe a drop ina bucket to this block... thats just...wow.. im gonna guess more toward 7k in price..heh. will you guys be "testing" a casper'esc setup with this?
