Yes I run them almost 90 percent of the time and they are cheaper and we have no problems with them.

Of course I've never had problems with Cometics either.

RUn the GM MLS 7.0 gaskets if your running a 4.060+ bore if you want somehting durable. If your running something smaller run the 6.0L truck
The 6.0L truck can be run on the L92s but does slightly shroud the head a wisker

It needs to be bigger than the bore and the heads chambers. You don't want the gasket hanging inside the chamber anywhere.

So then I should just run the GM LS7 7.0L gasket with a 4.125" bore?

So I should not use the LS2 gasket due to the head chamber size?

GM MLS are 4.140" bore

Let me give you an example, 6.0L gaskets are 4.070-4.080 depending on which type on a 4" bore leaving .070-.080 differential. Now take the 4.140 gasket -4.065 for an overbore of .075" or the same as stock 6.0l . In my eyes, especially building a lot of boosted cars the GM MLS have been the most durable. The problem come is trying to get the right thickness or bore to suite peoples need. I personally design my motors/pistons etc around them. Look at Harlan and many other in the FI sections using GM MLS.

I am just checking here but if I am running a LQ4 block and L92 heads I can run the LS2 head gaskets. If I am wrong please let me know. Thanks

You can as the block allready shrouds the chamber area. In general best design practice is not not leave uncompressed sheet metal exposed to the combustion chamber, this is what you will be doing but its been dont a bunch of times using 6.0l and AFR 225 heads with out incident.
