I have an 05 GTO A4 and current mods are in my sig. I am wanting a daily drivable car with around 400 hp all N/A. so what will be a good cam setup with springs , rollers, lifters you know the whole setup. I dont want it to sound like a drag car. I want kinda a sleeper. So if you can help me out with what i need to run it will be very helpfull

For the horsepower you are looking for, you are going to need more than just a sleeper cam. However, with Thunder Racings 224/224 114 cam should get you decent power and will not lope real bad. This is just my opinion. Some others will chime in here soon. Usually to get 400rwhp you need heads and a performance intake to complement the cam.

See my sig,
Dont know if the TR224 will get you to your goal of 400hp...but might get you close. Remember, the stock cam is like 209/214 (dont know exact specs).
Now, if you added,,,,say a Fast 90....then the TR224 would prolly get you there.

I am shooting for about 400 hp with mine
I should have a dyno in a couple weeks (currently getting it fine tuned)
cam: Comp Cams (custom grind) 226/226 591/591 112lsa, Patriot "gold" spring kit, comp cams chromoly one piece pushrods
Kooks Long tube headers (with catted connecting pipes
Borla Cat Back
and K&N FIPK
BTW.
I'm under the impression that the Fast 90 won't do much for us (with LS2's we already have a great intake and the 90mm tb) I could be wrong tho

you cant lock the verter up so you are really shooting for 20-35hp maybe more than you think.
Patriot Performance CNC heads with a port match FAST 90 , a sleeper cam ( watch your stall, you might need a small verter upgrade) on top of most the bolt-ons and i mean most. or get bigger heads and run a bigger cam, that would get you there easy

Yes, our intake is pretty good. And, no...on a stock application it wouldnt add much. But, with a cam it has a bigger impact. Another member on here took a similar approach as I did. He went with Comp XE 224/228 .534/.538, headers and a Fast 90....dont quote me on this, but he made like 415rwhp. It idles very well and very strong at all rpms.
