L92 w 4.0 LS7 Crank?

What would need to be done to swap an LS7 4.0 crank into a L92? This seems like a great way to make a cheaper 415ci torque monster. What parts would need to be swapped?
Would the L92 or LS7 rods work?
Would this be a cost effective swap?
Someone already did this?

You might want to do some searching for strokers and 402/408 info to get yourself the basic knowledge on different setups and possible combinations. I think itlll help you more than a few replies in this post.

Yeah, I'm sorry. Seems like a dumb question now. I've found this has been done, probly by many, but at least by Texas Speed. Only thing is they use aftermarket cranks. (and they call it a 418--the internet engine displacement calculator I used said 415)
I'm hoping though that when more of these L92s hit the road (and can be purchased used) this will be a much more cost effective idea.

If your using the LS7 crank you need to run aluminum or the LS7 rods. The crank is balanced with the light titanium rods in mind. To balance it with heavy 4340 rods will prove to be somewhat of a challege. In the end, it might be cheaper to go with an Eagle, Cola, or Callies crank.
