I am doing ls2 402 stroker with full bolts on, 90Fast intake, 90tb, new MAF, lid, full exhaust, pulley, AFR225 heads, G5X3 cam = about 625 at crank or 510rwhp...with A4 built up tranny and 3000 stall, 3:73 gears...
625flywheel/402 = 1.55 flywheel hp per ci or very close to it. that's all motor NA setup with the very good bolts on heads and cam.
so to answer the original question, NA motor and supporting bolt on mods using some of the best heads and cam, full exhaust etc etc...full bolted on setup.
427 * 1.55 = 660-700 flywheel. give or take a few if A4 or M6.
