Doing some reasearch...
What do I need in order to swap a 2005 ls2/t56 combo in a 2001 Camaro Ls1/t56 ?
Which harness/ecm do I use? What manifolds ? Can I install the cable operated throttle body from the LS1 onto the LS2 ?
Anybody ever done this ?

01 harness with cam sensor extension.
The crank trigger in the GTO LS2's is the 24x so your ecm will be okay (just retune for the new motor).
If you have a fast 90/90 install that as the flow would be better then the ls2 manifold.
or you can reuse the stock ls2 manifold and pick up a 90mm aftermarket TB (ls2's is drive by wire and the 01 fbody uses a cable driven TB)
Oh and tap the holes on the side of the block and mount your 01 fbody/ls1 knock sensors.
