Ordered my TEA/TFS 225cc heads!!!!!
Ordered my TEA/TFS 225cc heads!!!!! I ordered my heads last week. I went with a 68cc head w/ Harland Sharps RR and a .045 gasket. That puts me at 11.8 comp. with -2cc flat top piston that comes 4 out of the hole. My cam is a 244/248..612/615..112LSA and I have all the other goodies like KOOK 1 7/8 LT 3inch true duels w/ X pipe, and FAST 90/90. Couple of ?'s . Will the Harland's fit under stock valve covers and if not how to get them to work? Will my Comp. and DCR be good for a N/A street car? What does everybody think I will make at the rwhp thru a 6spd?

itll be fine with good tune. tht thing is gonna be nuts. im not to sure about the rockers though, its easy to check so dont worry so much bout that. id get that 90/90 ported if you hvent. im sure theres power to be found there.

These heads should make killer peak #'s, but should make killer #'s through the whole curve. The mid flow #'s are good on the heads. Will will see soon. your setup is very close to mine that im going to be installin w/ the next 2 weeks. im pretty sure the harlands fit. as i planned on runnin the stock valve covers. as far as power im shootin for 560rwhp+ but with a bigger cam and ported fast. honestly id say 540+ through a 12 bolt

Your heads are about ready to go, and we got the new TFS 235's on the flow bench today, they are REAL good for a little 2.08 valve on a 4.125 bore, numbers are coming. I may try to flow them on a 4.060 bore tomorrow.
Your #'s should be close to what you are aiming at...I have the same heads, 90/90(ported) jesel 1.8's similar cam 244/250...630/630....531rwhp/517rwtq on a dynojet through a 9inch....did 502/470 on a mustang 1750 on a 10 bolt....N/A....

Brian, do you have any flow num#'s yet? Are you going to flow my heads on a 4.060 bore? If so pm the flow num#'s. Thanks for all your and Mikes help these past 4wks.
