This car is the best car I have ever seen.
It must have cost a bit to put it together but every red cent was well spent my friend, you done good. an inspitation to us all...

OK finally got the camera back from the repair shop and managed to get a few pictures before it got dark yesterday. Trying to get a real exhaust on so I can drive her. Its hanging way too low right now. Can't wait!!!!

That is the oil filter and the picture does make it look worse than it is I think. But I did rearrange that area a little this weekend and am going to be able to move it up 2 to 2 1/2" at least.

VERY nice setup.

I would move that filter some where else completely. That's one road hazard away from being a very bad day.

yeah that filter looks scared, and that car looks scary. very nice car you put together. and the motor looks more than perfect in there

In my '94 with filter in the stock location, i found this out. It is not cool. I didn't even know it happened, so be careful.

Yes, I would definitely move it if it were my car. I'm not as familiar with the LS7's dry sump as I should be, but where exactly is the oil filter on the LS7? I gather that it's moveable?
