Yes LG Motorsports has ls3 edit, and Ringram mentioned that efi live has support for the LS3. Tuning is everything.

Yep the E38 6.2L C6 support (aka LS3) is specifically mentioned here http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=5540

Plus in a couple of other places in response to questions on it.

yeah man, it was obvious that he had just got it, stock exhaust, no sound of a cam, no FI, factory everything that I could see. the dude claimed that it can go 200+ or something.. Of course I wasn't in the camaro i was in this other car i just got done building but still.. seeing what a modded ls3 can do compared to what this guy told me.. he obviously had no clue what he bought besides the name and that it hauls ***. Who buys a vette and has to question what motor is in it lol.

So what do they come with from the factory incase I see him again around the area. Maybe I could print out some information for him and put it by the door on the ground with a rock on it

Go to LG Motorsports website and check out some of the graphs they have posted for the base a6 ls3 , base m6 ls3, and m6 ls3 with headers, k&n and a cam. Good source of info. Get this, the numbers were made off the stock tune. Just think 500 rwhp from headers, k&n, cam, and a tune. Heads will make it even sicker.

That would be advertised ratings. I bet it is actually closer to 450 or higher.

Where is the install write up for LS1 to LS3? What does the swap entail?

There is no swap involved on anything in this thread. 2008 Corvette's come with a ls3 standard.

I just saw the tuned numbers 506.x rwhp 457.x rwtq !!!!!!!!!!!!

K&N, X4 cam, and Headers !!! That's all it takes to make 500 rhwp with an ls3 !!

Add an electric water pump and an underdrive pully and you should see 515 rwhp. Can't wait until ported heads are on this bad boy !!

I understand it already has an underdrive pulley.

I wasn't aware of that. Well I guess add the Electric water pump and a few more hp. More so better gas mileage.

Any confirmation on the actual numbers from LG? I really want to see the stock tune vs the LG tune.

Well if you look at the graph on lg's website ls3 k&n, cam x4, headers UNTUNED I believe it made 500 rwhp 460 rwtq. Tuned is 507 rwhp 457 rwtq. Not a huge difference but a gain on the hp side and a small loss on the tq side.

I would like to see the graphs to see how much under the curve power was picked up with a tune. Maybe Louis or Bobby can hook us up on Monday. LG is closed on Sunday.

Just looked at the site, couldn't see any cai, headers, cam graphs untuned. Only the tuned graph with those mods was up.

Nope, there was only about a $900.00 increase in price. The correct numbers are 430 / 424 and 436 / 428 with the optional NPP exhaust.
