Looks awesome. What transmission brace/torque arm mount do you have? It looks nice.

That is a badass build. I would love to put one of those blocks in the old vette but I got a wedding coming up in 3 weeks so no block for me right now

Can't wait to see some number on that beast. I also wondering what type of tranny brace is that?????

T56Tranny / Torque Arm Brace is a BMR piece, P/N TCC006

Dyno results due anytime now. Slight delay due to some last minute wiring on the car.

That looks amazing.
How do you like the fit of the headers? I am considering ditching my FLPs for some 1-7/8" anything. Also who ported your fast? I am hoping for 600rwhp NA as well but I have a smaller cube motor, more compression and a SR cam.

We cranked the 454 today and it's real sweet. Very fast revs and plenty of authority through the duals, especially as the RPM climbs. Tomorrow it's on the dyno and I'll post up the results afterward.

I actually recorded the startup but realized in my excitement I was recording with the damn camera off. Sorry. But I will post up tomorrows video if everything goes according to plan.

I am so looking forward to the numbers this will put out. I am going to guess at least 610 RWHP and 570 RWTQ.

My reason behind those numbers are: I worked on and tuned a 2002 Z06 427ci that put down 560 RWHP and 520 RWTQ.

Mods were: Ported FAST 90-90, MTI STG3 Heads 244 244 112lsa cam, dual cutouts, LG 1 7/8 LT, underdrive pulley, varram airbox, air bridge, borla cat back.

With the addition of 27 more cubes and a bigger cam, it should be possible to get 50 more HP & TQ over the 427 I did.

Good luck on the 600+ RWHP goal, shouldn't be a problem...

Numbers are in. Running on 93 grade pump gas, closed exhaust, all accessories working, stock water pump (no electric) and through the MAF the engine put down 593.69 HP and 564.84 TQ.

Torque exceeds 500 Ft. Lbs at 3,600 RPM and peaks at 4,800 RPM, staying steady until 5,500 RPM.

The Horsepower is very broad and climbs in a full arc, meaning it is there at all RPM.

With the electric water pump and without the MAF, the engine should be good for 610+ HP.

No nitrous pulls were made, but we have a twin stage system onboard incase it's necessary....

Congrats bro on having one of the first bad azz streetable LSX builds on the forum and making huge power throughout the entire rpm ban. Enjoy it in good health and be careful with all that torque! Can you say 700+ N/A crank horsepower on 93 octane! She should run like a raped ape at the track!
