wonder what the supercharger by itself will cost?

this engine uses l92/ls3 heads doesn't it?

I guess the General's de-tuned the LS9...

Orginial numbers for the test mules was well North of 650 hp.

Seems like GM's striving for "Smoothness" (less cam), reading the Popular Hot Rodding article.

All in All, another good engine from the General... look for it to be in the Caddy luxury sports car... which may show up in ALMS in 2009.

those exhaust manifolds look sick(oval flanges kinda). I wonder how its gonna sound, vettes already sound amazing, im guessing its gonna sound like kinda nascar/indy car-ish when you strap on Kooks LT's/ORY/Corsa or B&B bullets!!!!!!!!!!!!! that autopsy pic rules, good stuff !!

THanks Steve! One question, how does the intake/blower base fasten to the heads? It looks as if the angles are all wrong and like there is no way that base will bolt to those heads Maybe I just need a beer or two?

And why does that block only have 4 head bolts per cylinder? Other than that, looks real nice.
