When talking about Head CC's What is the Difference in 59CC and 64cc

When talking about Head CC's What is the Difference in 59CC and 64cc When you talkin about the heads are milled to 64cc , which are stock for LS2 which is what i have , I know by going to 59CC i will raise my compression ratio , but what im wonder is How many thousands is the difference between 59cc heads and 64cc ? what does 1 cc = ? is there a math mathical term for this ?
