160 lb/hr * 8 = 1280 lb/hr fuel.
1280 lb/hr *1 hr/60 minutes * 1 minute / 60 seconds = .3556 lb/second.
gasoline is roughly 6 lb/gallon so you're looking at .059259 gallons per second.
That is just under 1/2 gallon for the pass.
I will be SUPER generous and allow one minute for your burnout, pass, and return. I'll even say that you're using max fuel flow for that 60 seconds (i.e. 100% duty cycle on the 160's). That would give you 3.56 gallons of fuel used for your time, short of your 4-6 goal.

If you ran 160 lb/hr injectors at max duty cycle for 8 seconds, you'd use
160 lb/hr * 8 = 1280 lb/hr fuel.
1280 lb/hr *1 hr/60 minutes * 1 minute / 60 seconds = .3556 lb/second.

But as stated, city MPG sucks. I honestly dont even worry about it. It's a toy. I need gas, I get it.. That simple.

I'm guessing with a fully built LSX, you could attain anywhere from 7-10mpg in the city driving lightly, provided the tuning is spot on of course, and around 15-18mpg on the highway at best.

Honestly big setups work better with 6speed cars at certain point when it comes to MPG and daily driving. And drive better than some monster stalled car around town....
THs suck up power and gas etc.....

Well if a Z06 can get 30mph with a 505bhp 427
You are looking about 50% more power to get 650rwhp so assume 50% less economy.. (ie) 15mpg best case with overdrive etc.
Take overdrive away and run 2x rpm then you can probably half that again. (ie) 8mpg..

Well, overdrive is typically 0.7:1 not 0.5:1 so I doubt he'll be spinning twice the rpm if he didn't have overdrive, but since he will not likely have a lock up converter, there are some mpg losses there too. 8mpg wouldn't surprise me, but its close to impossible to accurately calculate...
