We can get your casting ported for you if you would like. I know Jason just revised the port to move a little more air and be more aesthetically pleasing as well! Each head is fully CNC ported and CNC valve-jobbed to ensure that each port is identical to the next. Also, we do minimal machining on the combustion chamber to keep as much compression as possible in your engine. We offer top of the line machining at a price that can't be touched! PM with any questions you might have.

Thanks!
Jon

[QUOTE=WKMCD;9628899]Like these??

You know what I really like about the WCCH heads, notice how they arent over ported? Uniformity around the valve guides, you can see where it didnt even get touched by the tool and how nice it blends to where the tool made contact. Beautiful work.

I'm not exactly sure how you "over-port" a head but I can only assume that you are thinking that CNC'ing the guide area is somehow hurting the integrity or flow of the head, maybe? If you would, go ahead and explain that for me if you don't mind. It may be something I would like to look into further as we are always looking at ways to improve our heads. I can't see any way that how our CNC program has hurt any aspect of the head. The guide is slightly narrowed but not shortened nor did we remove an abnormal amount of material from the guide area. I can tell you that program is producing one of the best flowing/performing L92 cylinder heads on the market. The results from these heads speak for themselves.

Here is an example:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...=904193&page=3 <--- Picked up 2 tenths and almost 4 mph on a 10 second car from porting alone vs. factory castings!
