good valvetrain combo? For my L92 427, would these rockers work well with these springs?

I have those springs on my Livernois cathedral port heads and find them good.
It's good that now someone is making rocker arms for the L92 heads. The Yella Terra parts look good.

I've only read good things about the PAC 1521's, PAC were the manufacturer of the old "no hassles" Comp springs. I'm sure a one of the sponsors can help you out, Give Chris (Blanco99) a PM I'm pretty sure he could hook you up.

In my opinion - YES.
Livernois uses those springs on their L92 heads with heavy stainless valves.
Providing all other components are comparable, I would not see why the springs and rocker arms would not work.
Just double check your current spring diameters to make sure there are no changes to the spring pocket diameter.
Oh, and maybe consider stronger retainers and keepers.
