vvt will have the cam phaser on the front. you should be able to just remove this, although i'm not sure what else needs to be done (ie do you need to remove or plug any oil feed holes?) Lots of ppl here are running the ls3/l92 blocks so you should be fine if you just remove the vvt and change the reluctor. I think you may need to change some other wiring with a kit from one of the sponsors for the cam sensor and the knock sensors, which I believe were relocated.

Go the the truck site, I think you just need to put a normal front cover and all of the associated parts on to get rid of the VVT. Of Coarse the cam and lifters too.

I have a L92 on the stand ready to go to the dyno right now. The engine I have is a non DOD engine. For that reason I was able to use the lifters with the new cam.
You will need to change the cam to a 3 bolt as well as the 1x cam gear. Also change the front timing cover to an LS2 or LS3 style with the cam sensor.
The L92 and LS3 cam tensioner are the same as well as the chain and crankshaft gear.
You will need to get the harness extensions for the knock sensors as well as the cam sensor. You will need to install knock sensors on the block.

If you change to the 24 tooth reluctor and the 1x cam gear you should be able to use your current harness and PCM. It will need to be tuned for the larger cubic inches as well as the injector size. If you use the L92 Truck Manifold you may need a cable style throttle body from Holley.

Good luck!

No there is not, but why would you want an LS3 manfold. I would use the L92 in a full size truck. They actually are a decent manifold.
