Intake Duration: 233
Exhaust Duration: 276
Valve Lift (1.8 Rocker):630
Lobe Seperation (deg): 107

in a ls7?

and will std springs be ok or will i need uprated ones?

It should make in excess of 625 at the crank.

yes you will need better springs.

It's the Stage III GMMP cam.

For the stage 3 cam it says I need different valve spring retainers.

Any idea where from or if GMPP sell them?

If so any Part numbers?

Probably the Katech LS7 retainers.....I think they have unique retainers. Call Jason at Katech.....good guy.
