Good dyno info.

I'm guessing the "cam" mods will be an issue...

what is the projection time wise on cam development?

What issue?

The cam is in the block and the engine will be back on the dyno next week.

We are seeing other shops already reporting a jump in horsepower substituting a new cam.

I suspect Katech will also be developing a new series of cams.

Just asking when you expect them to be available.

It should be January 2014 after valvetrain dynamics validation.

Hhmmm... looks like the new LT1 with a cam

blew by the LS7 numbers.

IS this due to direct injection or does cam phasing contribute to this?

the potential is actually pretty scary. It looks like it just may be possible to reach 600 rwhp on a stock displacement lt1. Thats incredible.

Actually at this power level we're not even phasing it yet. There is more to come.

600 at the crank, yes. I don't know how you're going to get 600 to the wheels though.

Yes im sure whatever you guys are up to will work out quite well as usual. Looking forward to whatever parts you guys make, everything I bought from you guys for the gen3-4 builds worked great
